ACROSS AMERICA MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC
WEBSITE AND ONLINE INQUIRY PRIVACY POLICY

NMLS ID: 2354594
Effective Date: October 17, 2026

Across America Mortgage Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information associated with:

* acrossamericamortgage.com;
* mydscrhomeloan.com; and
* Our online inquiries and lead forms, including forms submitted through Facebook and Instagram.

This policy covers website visits, initial inquiries, and related communications. If you proceed with a mortgage application or another financial service, additional privacy notices and disclosures may apply.

Our separate Financial Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal financial information in connection with mortgage services. This online policy supplements that notice and does not replace any privacy notice or disclosure required by law.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

When you submit an inquiry or communicate with us, we may collect:

* Your name, email address, and telephone number.
* Property address and state.
* Estimated property market value.
* Requested loan amount and financing purpose.
* Other preliminary property or financing information you provide.
* The content of your communications with us.

Our initial website and social media inquiry forms do not request Social Security numbers or provide document-upload facilities. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details, identification documents, tax returns, or other sensitive documents through these forms.

If additional information or documentation is needed for a subsequent application, we will provide separate submission instructions.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may collect technical and usage information, such as browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with website features. Depending on the technology involved, this information may include IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from technical information.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

* Respond to inquiries and discuss requested financing options.
* Review preliminary property and financing needs.
* Connect you with lenders and service providers involved in your financing request.
* Communicate about your inquiry and, if you proceed, your application.
* Operate, maintain, and improve our websites and services.
* Measure website activity and advertising effectiveness.
* Detect misuse, protect our systems, and prevent fraud.
* Maintain records and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute loan approval or a commitment to lend. All loans are subject to credit approval, program guidelines, and underwriting requirements.

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell inquiry lists or provide your contact information to unrelated companies for their own direct marketing.

We may disclose information, as appropriate, to:

* Lenders and financing partners, to evaluate or arrange financing you request.
* Transaction service providers, such as appraisers, title companies, and other professionals involved in a transaction you pursue.
* Operational service providers supporting website hosting, communications, inquiry management, technology, and security.
* Analytics and advertising providers, as explained in Section 4.
* Government authorities, regulators, or other parties when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, or the protection of legal rights.

Advertising-related disclosures are separate from sharing your inquiry with a lender. Depending on applicable law and the configuration of the tools, disclosures involving advertising identifiers and website activity may constitute “sharing,” a “sale,” or processing for targeted advertising, even without an exchange of money. Applicable choices are described in Sections 4 and 9.

4. COOKIES, GOOGLE ANALYTICS, AND META PIXEL

Our websites use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand website activity and measure advertising performance, subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our websites, including the pages they view and their interactions with website features. It uses cookies and related technologies to provide website usage reports.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel helps us measure website activity associated with Facebook and Instagram advertising, such as page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Meta may associate this activity with a visitor’s Meta account and process it according to its own policies and the applicable settings.

Tracking Information

These tools may transmit technical identifiers and website activity information to Google or Meta. Our tracking is intended to measure website interactions, rather than collect the contents of financing inquiries.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property addresses, requested loan amounts, property values, Social Security numbers, or financial documents through Google Analytics or Meta Pixel events.

This restriction concerns website tracking. Information you choose to submit directly through a Facebook or Instagram lead form is handled as described in Section 5.

Your Choices

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features and does not necessarily prevent every type of data collection.

Where applicable law requires consent or an additional opt-out mechanism, we provide the applicable choice. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable.

You may also contact us using the details in Section 13 to request assistance with privacy choices.

5. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM LEAD FORMS

When you submit information through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, we receive the information you choose to submit and use it to respond to your inquiry and for the other purposes described in this policy.

Meta also collects and processes information through its platforms under its own terms and privacy policies.

A link to this policy in an advertisement or lead form does not mean that the form is hosted on our website.

6. TEXT MESSAGES AND COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

Where you have provided any required consent, Across America Mortgage Company LLC may send text messages responding to your inquiry or relating to a financing request. These may include inquiry follow-ups, status updates, appointment coordination, and replies to your questions.

Our current text messaging program is limited to inquiry-related and service communications. Consent to these messages does not authorize unrelated promotional text messages. If we introduce promotional texting, we will obtain any separately required consent before sending those messages.

Providing a telephone number or viewing this policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP or contact us at 832-628-4560 or acrossamericamortgage@gmail.com. We also honor other valid requests to withdraw consent as required by applicable law. A final message confirming your opt-out may be sent.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the details above.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You may communicate with us by telephone or email.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to lenders or other companies for their own messaging programs.

We may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to deliver or support our communications, or disclose it where required by law.

7. INFORMATION SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Access is limited according to business responsibilities and operational needs.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial documents through public inquiry forms.

8. INFORMATION RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain legally required records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, your relationship with us, and applicable legal requirements. Some records may need to be retained after an inquiry or customer relationship ends.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your state of residence, applicable law, and available exemptions, you may have rights to:

* Request access to certain personal information.
* Request correction of inaccurate information.
* Request deletion of certain information.
* Obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format.
* Opt out of processing for targeted advertising or legally defined sales or sharing.
* Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. Please identify the nature of your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send Social Security numbers or financial documents with an initial privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before responding. Rights may be subject to exceptions, including requirements to retain information for legal, regulatory, security, or transaction-related purposes.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, contact us using the same details and identify your request as a “Privacy Appeal.”

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our websites and financing services are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our inquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Please review their privacy practices before submitting information. This policy describes our practices and does not govern the independent practices of third parties.

12. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.
