COMPANY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Effective July 2026, Across America Mortgage Company LLC has adopted this Privacy Notice as part of its standard Initial Disclosure Package. This Privacy Notice will be provided to all borrowers at the time of the initial disclosures and retained in each loan file as part of the company’s compliance procedures.
